Yes. Credits belong to your current FaceAI account and can be used with supported image, video, and other creation tools. They are not tied to the page where you purchased them.

Yes. Buying credits does not lock you to one tool or model. Switch features whenever your project needs it, then review the credit amount for the new task.

If the current task qualifies for the free experience and your remaining allowance covers it, FaceAI uses that allowance first. When credits are needed, the creation screen shows the required amount.

Open your account area to see the current balance and credit activity, including purchases, activity rewards, generation usage, and credits released from failed tasks.

Yes. Credit packages are available as needed, and you can choose a different package later. Credits from a completed payment are added to your current account balance.

Credits usually arrive within 2–3 minutes, depending on the payment channel, though some cases may take more than 10 minutes. Check your FaceAI balance after returning, and contact support with the order number if it is still missing after one hour.

When a task ultimately fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your account. You can find the matching change in credit activity before adjusting your input or settings and trying again.
