1. Use the service lawfully
You must comply with the laws that apply where you live and where the content will be published.
You are responsible for the images, videos, and prompts you submit, and for the results you download or share.
2. Prohibited activities
Creating sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers a child.
Creating non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content based on a person's photo without their consent.
Impersonating a real person to deceive, defraud, harass, or damage their reputation.
Publishing political or commercial deepfakes that could reasonably be mistaken for a real statement or event.
Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
Fraud, scams, phishing, or any use intended to deceive people for financial gain.
Uploading malware, attempting to break authentication, reverse engineering the service, or interfering with its operation.
Scraping, automating access, or reselling the service without written permission.
Circumventing usage limits, credit rules, or moderation controls.
3. Your responsibilities
You must own the images you upload or have permission from everyone identifiable in them.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Enforcement
We may block a request, remove content, or suspend an account when we believe this policy has been violated.
Serious violations, especially those involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery, may be reported to law enforcement.
We may also cooperate with rights holders and platforms that receive infringing or abusive content.
5. Reporting a violation
Report suspected misuse through the Report Abuse page or by emailing [email protected]. Include links or screenshots where possible.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. Continued use of Face AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
