1. What Face AI is for
Face AI provides tools for portraits, face swap, photo restoration, avatars, product images, and short AI videos. It is meant for personal creativity, entertainment, and lawful commercial work.
2. Consent and likeness
Only upload a face if it is your own, or if you have clear permission from the person shown.
Do not create images or videos of a real person in situations they did not agree to, including romantic, intimate, embarrassing, or compromising scenarios.
Do not present AI-generated content as a real recording of a person in a way that could deceive viewers or damage their reputation.
3. Content that is never allowed
Sexual or intimate content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a minor.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including nudity or sexual content created from someone else's photo without their consent.
Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against a person or group.
Hateful content targeting protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
Content that depicts or promotes illegal acts, self-harm, or the exploitation of others.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights you do not own or have a license to use.
4. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Face AI. Do not upload images of minors, and do not use the service to create or modify images of minors.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We use automated checks and may review reported content. Uploads or prompts that appear to violate this policy can be blocked before a task starts.
When we confirm a violation, we may remove the content, delete stored files, suspend or close the account, and report serious cases to the relevant authorities.
Because generation is automated, not every violating output can be caught in advance. Users remain responsible for what they upload and generate.
6. Reporting content
If you believe content created with Face AI violates this policy or your rights, use the Report Abuse page or email [email protected] with the relevant links and a short description.
Reports involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as urgent.
7. Changes
We may update this Content Policy as our tools change. The latest version is always published on this page.
